I am now starting up Awesome Advice, which is where you send me an email with any problem, and I will reply as soon as I can. Also, make sure you say if you want it to be put on this blog or not. Just click here to send me an email.

Hey it's Louise.

I was wondering how do you get rid of spots, I have clean and clear wash and it doesn't seem to be working, help!!

Also on my first day back to school I have to have my photo taken and I don't know how to do my hair :/

Thanks if you reply, Lou xx

Hiya Louise! You need some ways to get rid of spots? I have a few ways, so try these.

(1) Put lemon juice on the spots overnight. It should get rid of the redness.

(2) Put toothpaste on them and leave overnight. It shrinks them.

(3) Do you have any Aspirin lying around in your house? Use 3 parts water to 1 part aspirin and mix into a smooth paste. Apply to spots and it will fall off itself.

REMEMBER: Do not pick your spots! It can result in scarring.

Do this 2 or 3 times a week, for clear, smooth and spot - free skin.

(1) Fill half a bowl with boiling water, and put a cloth over the bowl. Don't get the cloth wet.

(2) Put your face in the cloth for 3 or 4 minutes to open your pores.

(3) Next, wash your face with an exfoliator to get rid of dead skin cells and to clean your pores.

(3) Now, moisturize your face! Exfoliators can leave your skin dry if you don't.

(4) Lastly, splash your face with cold water to close your pores. Wa~Lah!

You need some hairstyles for school photos, look no further. I've got you covered.
Because the photos will be obviously of your face, you want the front of your hair to have the most design, not the back of your hair. Here are some pictures to give you ideas, and there is no need to show you how to make ALL of them, because most of them are pretty straightforward.

THE PLAIT HAIRDBAND

For this one, just start a plait at the side of your head, and work your way across the top of your head. When its long enough, tie it with a band, and pin in behind your ear.

FISHTAIL PLAIT

Here's a quick tutorial on how to do it.

Last one: Messy side bun.

I think this ones pretty straight forward :)

I hope I have helped. Lotsa love x

Back - to - school 2014! Makeup, tips, and must-haves!

The summer hols have been great this year for me, what about you? I went on hols and had sleepovers and
went to the beach. But summer hols are almost over now, and were all getting ready to go back to school. This year, im going to be going into secondary school this year, and im exited, but im also a nervous reck at the same time. So, here are some MAKE-UP IDEAS FOR BACK TO SCHOOL, TIPS IF YOUR STARTING SECONDARY SCHOOL LIKE ME, AND MUST-HAVES!

TIPS FOR SECONDARY SCHOOL.

(1) On the very first day you start, try and make as much friends as you can, it might be hard for some people, but it it's very important.

(2) Be YOU, and don't try and change yourself. Don't try and impress other students. If they don't like you for who you are, then forget them.

(3) Try and get involved in extra-curricular activities. Be social.

(4) Remember, your not alone. There are way more teens that are feeling how you are!

(5) Popularity means nothing. Again, don't change yourself to impress other people.

(6) Try and get all your work done, it will pay off.

(7) Your teachers are on your side. Ask them something if you need to know it. Thats what there there for after all, right?

(8) Try not to sleep in. Tempting as it may seem, if you're awake on time, do NOT go back to sleep, and if you don't wake up in time, go and buy yourself an alarm clock.

(9) If you get homework in the weekends, try and get that done as soon as possible. You'll have the weekends to yourself then.

(10) Have fun! Secondary school days are supposed to be the best times of your lives, so live up to that.

MAKEUP FOR SCHOOL!

Some people like to wear makeup going to school, and im one of those people. However, don't overdo it, not for school. Here is some products you can use for school. There very light, and thats good!

 BB cream

Clear mascara

Baby lips, lip balm

Clear or shimmery lipgloss

A good concealer

Bright eyeshadow

Normally I just use these things. I put on the BB cream (very lightly),

and then put on my clear mascara, and curl my lashes with a lash curl
er.
I use clear mascara, because I find, if you want to rub your eyes if

they get itchy in class, black and brown mascara just goes everywhere!

With clear mascara, you cant do anything, but it does the same tricks.

Next I put on some baby lips lip balm. I use the "Cherry me" one.

In another blog post, I have done a review of Baby lips lip balm.

Then I put on some clear or sometimes even shimmery lipgloss.

Next I use some concealer in any blemishes around my face,

and lastly, sometimes I put on white eyeshadow, in the corners

of my eyes. TIP: If you put eyeshadow in the corners of your eyes,

it looks like you are more awake.

MUST-HAVES FOR SCHOOL!

These are a must for school! Make some extra room for these in your bag, because these are needed!

(1) A home work diary. Quite obvious, but your going to need it.

(2) Girly supplies. You know what i'm on about. You never know!

(3) Concealer. If you need to touch up.

(4) Oil blotting sheets. Great for after P.E!

(5) Deodrant. Also, great for after and even before P.E!

(6) Chewing gum/ mints. You don't want to have bad breath!

(7) Compact mirror. Great to keep in your pocket.

(8) Makeup bag.

(9) Sunglasses. For summer, obvs.

(10) Hand sanitizer.

(11) Lunch money. If your school has a canteen.

(12) Glasses case and glasses. If you have them.

(13) Your mobile phone. If you have one.

(14) A notepad. To write down your pal's phone numbers.

(15) Tablets. Make sure you have them just in case anything happens. Make sure you ask first, you don't want to take the wrong ones!

I hope this post has helped you. It has sure helped me in school. Have a good time in school, good luck! <3

Healthy ice pops for summer!

I love these ice pops, as they are so easy to make, and so tasty, and there healthy at the same time! Here's how to make them! They wont even take 5 minutes to make. (Not including freezing time) You don't have to use the fruit that I have suggested in it, and you don't have to use coconut water, you could use 7 UP or sprite, but that wouldn't be as healthy. Lets start!

What you will need:
Raspberries
Strawberries
Coconut water
Ice pop moulds

How to make:

(1) Wash the strawberries and raspberries.
(2) Put some raspberries in the moulds.
(3) Cut up the strawberries into slices and put them into the moulds with the raspberries.
(4) Pour in some coconut water to the top of the mould.
(5) Freeze for 1, 2 or 3 hours. It depends.

Enjoy your ice pop's! These are so easy to make, and so healthy. There great for summer! Yum!

DIY face mask - Clear up that stubborn acne!

You probably though YAY! at the title, because if you have acne, like a lot of people, you will probably try a lot of various things to get rid of it, but some might not even help.Today I will be showing you how to make a face mask the help clear up acne and I will be telling you the benefits of the ingredients.I have tried and tested the mask and it works wonders and you really wouldn't get a better shop - bought ones than this. After the, there will be the benefits of the ingredients. This mask is enough for 1 person. Here it is.

What you will need:

1 egg white
1 tsp of honey
1 tsp of lemon juice
A bowl
A spoon

Method:

(1) Take your egg, and seperate the yolk from the white, because you will only need the white.
(2) Put the egg in the bowl, then add the honey and lemon juice. (You don't have to use fresh lemon juice)
(3) Mix it together and apply it to your face with a cotton face pad/ cotton wool.
(4) Leave it on for 10 - 15 minutes and wash it off with COLD water, to close up your pores.

Top top: This mask might sting a bit because of the lemon juice. You can add less lemon juice if you want, and more honey.

Benifits:

Egg white:
This contains different nutrients, and these nutrients help lock in moisture in your skin cells and helps slow down the process of ageing.

Honey:

This fights acne, brightens skin, softens skin, and is is naturally antibacterial.

Lemon juice:

Brightens skin, tones the skin, prevents the excess oils you have on your face, and closes pores.

That's it! I hope this helped you, and I hope you try it out. As for all my DIY's, I hope you comment saying if you will try it or not, and if you have, what did it turn out like?
