Clean & Clear Deep Cleansing Lotion review

Hello my fabulous readers! Today i'll be posting a review on the Clean & Clear deep cleansing lotion. Now, I have not posted a review in quite a while; this is my second review. I will be telling you about this product, and the PRO's and the CON's. Let's start ;)

This is a good product. It removes makeup, and dirt that isn't always visible. It tightens pores, and sometimes helps get rid of blackheads, and keep pimples at bay. This is an oil free product. When I apply it to my skin, it burns me for a few seconds, then just goes away. The smell is extremely strong, and it burns your eyes. Although it removes makeup very well, I would NOT use this near/on my eyes to get rid of makeup, or just to clean them, because it it get's into your eyes in burns and burns (I know from experience, OUCH!) I think this product would be best for oily skin, as it does tend to dry your skin out a bit, but if you have dry skin, and you want to give it a go, do, but use a moisturizer afterwards. Overall, I think this is a GOOD product, and I would recommend it to friends.

PROS OF PRODUCT

Cleans makeup/dirt of that isn't always visible
Tightens pores
Helps get rid of blackheads
Keeps pimples at bay
Refreshing feeling

CONS OF PRODUCT

Extremely strong smell
Stings skin for a few seconds
Dries skin in some cases
Burns eyes

Okay! That's my review of this product. If you would like to review a product, be sure to do so in the comment section, because I will do a Tried & Tested post for all my lovely readers :) Thanks for reading, will see you in my next post x

(5) Sketchers go run. I got these at my local shoe store for €89.00. There black, and there extremely comfortable.

(6) Lip stain. I got two different colours. I got them both from Penney's. It's very rare for me to buy makeup products from Penney's, but I though i'd give it a go. They are actually good, I like the colours.

DIY Makeup Remover (3 ways)

Hello! This is my second post that I have made today, I am very proud to say. In this post, I will be showing you how to make three different makeup removers. I find these better than the commercial makeup remover, as they don't irritate skin, there really effective, and easy to make. Each one only requires 2 ingredients. Let's start :)

MAKEUP REMOVER #1

Half cup of witch hazel
Half cup of olive oil
Container

How to make:

Mix ingredients together, store in a container.
Be careful around eyes.

MAKEUP REMOVER #2

You will need:

2 tbs grapeseed oil
2 tbs castor oil

5 tbs jojoba oil
10 tbs water

Guide to clear skin!

Hey girls! Im off ill today so I decided I would use the time I had to make a post. This post will be a guide to get clear skin, and a few tips. Leave a comment of your must have facial cleanser in the comments below. I hope this helps you.

(1) I know you have probably heard this like 100 times before, but DRINK PLENTY OF WATER! People don't realize how much this helps your skin! Try to drink 8 glasses of water a day, and in the least, 6.

(2) Wash your face AT LEAST 2 times a day. Always wash makeup off after use, and use a cleanser that contains up to 2% salicylic acid.

(3) Do NOT pop your pimples. I know it's hard not to, but it only results in scarring and inflammation.

(4) Only use exfoliators once or twice a week, unless you buy a daily exfoliator, which isn't as harsh on the skin. Overusing products like this can lead to dry skin. I like to use Clean and clear exfoliating daily wash. I do not use it on a daily basis.

(5) If you have dry skin, use a creamy moisturizer.

Keep up the good work. If you want clear skin, care for it each day. You won't get clear skin over night!

So that was my guide on how to get clear skin. I hope this has helped you, see you in my next post :)

Fall night routine 2014♥

I love fall, so i'm going to be doing a night routine for fall 2014 :) This is my first routine!

(1) Okay, so when I get back from school, I normally go straight up to my room and just chill on my bed, while doing homework and editing my posts. I normally stay there for an hour and a half, and I check my twitter also, which is @Starryeyed0140.

(2) Then, I finish off my homework. I change into some comfy clothing, or my onesie. Then I go downstairs, and eat my dinner. I then normally just sit near the fire and watch some TV for an half an hour.

(3) When i'm finished watching TV, I go and get some exercise, maybe for a jog or a cycle.

(4) When I get back, I have a nice hot cup of hot chocolate, wash my teeth and face, have a shower, and by then I normally just read a book and go on twitter until I fall asleep.

Okay girls, so that was my fall night routine, and I hope you liked it, and I would like to know, what is your fall night routine? Let me know in the comments below. :)

(1) FACE -

(a) Pour some boiling water into a large bowl, around half the way. Place a cloth over the top of the bowl, making sure the water doesn't touch the cloth. Put your face onto the cloth, and stay there for around 5 mins. The steam will open up your pores.

(b) Use a cleanser for your face, to get rid of any dead skin cells or impurities in your pores.

(c) Apply a moisturizer to moisturize your face. Some cleansers can dry your skin.

(d) Apply a face mask, or make your own. I have a post for it which you can check out here.

(e) Place 2 slices of cucumber over your eyes for a refreshing and cooling effect.

(f) Rinse off after 20 mins.

(2) BODY & HAIR -

(a) Run a nice warm bath, and pour in some nice smelling body lotions or bath bombs. Light candles and place around the bath.

(b) Wash your hair with shampoo, and apply conditioner. Rinse off.

(c) Dry yourself

(d) Rub on some sweet smelling moisturizer

(e) Let hair dry naturally, up in a towel.

(3) NAILS -

(a) Wash your hands.

(b) Take some warm water and pour it in a bowl. Put your fingers in and leave for 3 - 4 mins to soften nails + cuticles.

(c) Take a cuticle stick and push back your cuticles.

(d) Clean your nails with a nail brush.

(e) File your nails. Do not go back and forth. Go one way when filing.

(f) Paint your nails the desired colour you want to paint them.

(g) Let them dry and wah - lah! Perfect nails!

DIY SPA WATER -

Spa water is actually cucumber water, but that's what they call it in spa's. Its really yummy, and very good for you and refreshing. Try it out!

WHAT YOU NEED:

- Half stick cucumber

- 3 - 4 tsp sugar

- 2 glasses water

HOW TO MAKE:

(1) Juice the cucumber with a juice maker
